Average transfer confirmation time

Here are the different steps between your transfer request and the arrival of funds in your account:
 

1️⃣ You save your transfer request;

2️⃣ You instantly receive a first email confirming your transfer request;

3️⃣ Our teams check your request;

4️⃣ Within 3 days maximum, you will receive a second email:

• either confirmation of your transfer: the amount of the transfer will appear in your account within 2 to 5 days (average banking times);
• or refusal of transfer: you are then informed of the reason for the refusal and a personalized message informs you of the elements to return to validate your request (more information here).
