Change my email address

To change the email address associated with your account, follow these steps:

1️⃣ Login to your Leetchi account;

2️⃣ Go to the My Details section of your account;

3️⃣ At the bottom of the page, click on Change my email address;

4️⃣ On the new page, enter your address and password in the two fields provided (security is a must!);

5️⃣ Confirm the change with the verification code sent to you by text.

If you are unable to log into your account and change the address yourself, simply contact us (if possible from the email associated with the account), and specify in your message:

• The email address currently associated with the account;

• An email address that is not associated with a Leetchi account for the change;

• Your date of birth and phone number (for security purposes).

Our customer support team will be able to change the email address on your account and send you an email confirming the change.
