- Leetchi commits to confirm the processing of your request within 10 working days of its receipt.
- Leetchi strives to provide you with an answer within 30 days except in special cases requiring in-depth research. However, the response time cannot exceed 2 months.
- In the case of a complaint concerning payment services, Leetchi undertakes to provide a response within a maximum of 15 days from the date of receipt of the request, except in exceptional situations. This period cannot exceed 35 working days following the reception of the complaint.
