To ensure that only the account holder is responsible for modifying information and/or spending a money pot, we have implemented a double authentication procedure.
π How does it work?
You will be asked for this enhanced authentication :
- every 6 months;
- if you change your email address or phone number;
- or when you spend your money pot (more information about this here about bank transfers and here about Gift.cool).
We will ask you to confirm your request by sending a security code (either by email or by text). Once you have received this code, you just need to enter it in the boxes provided for this purpose and click on Confirm .

| π Regarding reinforced authentication every 6 months, the code can only be sent by text. |
π‘ This code is valid for 5 minutes and will confirm that you are the one making the request.
| π― If you're requesting a transfer to an IBAN you've already used on our platform, it has been previously verified by our teams. Therefore, two-factor authentication will not be required and will not be offered to you. |
