In order to best secure your personal information and your money pot, we have implemented a two-factor authentication procedure. This allows us to verify that only the account holder can modify their personal information and that only the creator of the money pot can spend it.

This enhanced authentication will be requested:
- if you change your email address;
- when spending from your money pot (more information about this here regarding bank transfer and there for spending with Gift.cool).

| 🎯 When spending your money pot, if you request a transfer to a bank account that you have already used on our platform, it has previously been verified by our teams. Therefore, two-factor authentication will not be necessary and will not be offered to you. |
