Get a payment receipt or an invoice

📃 You can download it directly from the confirmation email.

1️⃣ Log in to your Leetchi account;

2️⃣ Go to My money pots and click on Participate;

3️⃣ Click on See next to the contribution in question;

4️⃣ In the new pop-up, click on Download my receipt;

📄 Need an invoice?

Unfortunately, we are unable to send you an invoice. This is because this type of document attests to the purchase or sale of goods or services, and therefore donations do not fall within this category.

📍 Important: If you contribute in a business context, and you want to send proof of payment to your accounting department, the payment receipt is a perfectly valid document.

🎯 Please note: A proof of payment is different from a “tax receipt” (which is the document required to claim tax deduction). Learn more about the tax receipt by clicking here!
