As part of our commitment to maximising the protection of your pots and personal information, we are introducing an extra layer of security to your account: two-factor authentication.

To enable two-factor authentication, please follow these steps:
1️⃣ Go to your menu and click either on Verify my account, or on the banner at the top of the page;
2️⃣ Click on Enable next to Two-factor authentication;
3️⃣ You will be redirected to a page hosted by Mangopay. Confirm that you have read the T&Cs by ticking the box;
4️⃣ Click on Start your verification;
5️⃣ On the new page, tick the box Register/modify external accounts from your Mangopay account and click on Save and continue;
| 🎯 This simply means that you are authorising our agents to submit a transfer request on your behalf if you are unable to access your money pot. |
6️⃣ Next, click on Continue to set up your access key depending on the device you are using (such as a fingerprint, FaceID, your device unlock password, etc.)
7️⃣ Confirm your email address by entering it in the field provided and click on Continue;
8️⃣ Next, set a 6-digit PIN code;
9️⃣ Now, enter your phone number to receive a code by text and click on Continue;
1️⃣0️⃣ Enter the 6-digit code you received by SMS;
1️⃣1️⃣ You will then be redirected to your Leetchi account, where you will see that two-factor authentication has been successful.
| 🎯 From now on, whenever you wish to change any information on your account or spend your money pot, you will be asked to confirm your identity using this two-factor authentication, either via the access key linked to your device or by confirming the other three steps (email address, PIN code, and code by text). |
