I do not receive the PIN code
The PIN code is not a code sent to you, but a code that you set yourself when activating two-factor authentication. It is therefore personal to you and will not change. The only code sent to you is the security code by text during the final step of two-factor authentication.
I encounter an error message "Authentication failed: Too many attempts"
This issue is usually related to the device being used. Simply perform the operation from another device, which generally resolves the situation. For example, if you were using a computer, you can try using a mobile phone or a tablet.
I do not receive the code by text
If despite several requests you do not receive the security code sent by text during the final step of two-factor authentication, you have the option to change the phone number to receive the code on another number. Simply click on "Change number".
