Indeed, Leetchi has obtained approval as an approved Intermediary in Participative Financing (IFP, registered with ORIAS). Our platform is supervised by the Autorité de Contrôle Prudentiel et de Résolution (ACPR).
Thus, in accordance with the law, the identity document of the creator of the money pot will be required from the first euro collected.
Simply put, this means that we must request an identity document from all creators (adults) of pots who wish to make a spend request.
We therefore request that you, from the first euro collected, insert an identity document on your Leetchi account.
