Here are some tips to ensure that your document is accepted (and your Leetchi profile validated at the same time!). It must be:
In photo form, in JPG or JPEG format (scans, screenshots and PDFs are rejected for security reasons)
Uncropped and fully visible
Of good visual quality (no flash, backlighting, reflections, etc.)
Front and back, in colour
The MRZ strip must be fully visible (this is the strip at the bottom of your identity document, containing letters, numbers and symbols "<")
The front and back must each be added on separate pages (except for passports, for which we only need the double page).

For a passport, a photo of the double page (the information page and the signature page) is required:
Simply ensure the image quality is optimal and that all parts of the document are readable so that it can be validated.
